These general conditions (hereinafter referred to as “General Conditions”) govern the use of the website https://getmitto.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) which belongs to MITTO. The purpose of this Website is to provide users with information about the products and services offered by MITTO.


Acceptance of the General Conditions and, where applicable, the Special Conditions


In any case, access to the Website entails the user’s acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before making use of the Website. If you do not accept these General Conditions, please refrain from using the Website and its content.


The subscription of the products or any of the related services may be subject to particular conditions that at any time can be established in MITTO. These conditions may supplement, modify, or replace, where appropriate, the General Conditions. Henceforth, any of the aforementioned conditions, or any other conditions specific to other services offered in MITTO at any time, will be called the “Special Conditions“.


Likewise, MITTO informs users that these General Conditions as well as, where applicable, the Special Conditions, may be adapted or modified at any time without prior notification. Consequently, the user must read and accept any new versions of the General Conditions, and if applicable, the Special Conditions.

MITTO makes its best efforts to maintain the Website in good working order, avoiding errors or, where appropriate, repairing them and maintaining the contents of the Website duly updated. However, MITTO does not guarantee the availability and continuity of access to the Website or the absence of errors in its contents, nor does it guarantee that the latter are updated promptly. The user accepts the foregoing and undertakes to exercise the utmost diligence and prudence when accessing and enjoying navigation through the Website or enjoying the contents, information, and services available on the Website.

MITTO reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications, deletions or updates to the information contained in the Website, its configuration or presentation.

MITTO does not assume any liability arising from the connection or content of hypertext links to third-party websites, nor does its existence imply that they endorse, promote, guarantee, or recommend linked websites. 


Likewise, third parties who intend to include a hypertext link to the MITTO website must necessarily obtain the prior, express, and written consent of MITTO. In any case, MITTO does not assume any responsibility for the connection or the contents of the hypertext links of third parties.






Whether you provide us with your email address to keep you informed of MITTO’s products and services, or if during your browsing, consulting, requests, simulations through the Website or subscription of MITTO products and services, the user provides us with data that has the consideration of personal data, the provisions of the Privacy and Commercial Communications Policy of MITTO, which must be accepted in advance by the user, shall apply.

The trademarks, labels, distinctive signs or logos appearing on the Website, or on the products and services offered through it, are the property of MITTO or its content providers and are duly registered or in the process of registration. The names of other products, services, and companies appearing in this document or on the Website may be trademarks or other distinctive signs registered by their respective and legitimate owners.


All texts, graphic drawings, videos, or audio media are the property of MITTO, or its content providers, and may not be further modified, copied, altered, reproduced, adaptation or translation by the user or third parties without the express authorization of the holders of such content.


Making available to users of databases, images, photographs, patents, utility, and industrial models, drawings, graphics, text files, audio, video, and software owned by MITTO or its content providers listed on the Website does not imply, in any event, the transfer of ownership or the granting of a right of exploitation in favour of the user other than the use of the services which is legitimate and commensurate with the nature of the services.


Any use of the contents of the Website without the authorization of MITTO is strictly prohibited, including its exploitation, reproduction, dissemination, transformation, distribution, transmission by any means, subsequent publication, exhibition, public communication or representation in whole or in part, which, if they occur, will constitute infringements of MITTO’s intellectual property rights, sanctioned by the legislation in force.

The License for the Use of Services through the Web Site is a non-transferable license for the use of said Web Site on any compatible device owned or controlled by the user, as permitted by the rules of use laid down in these General Conditions.


You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Website. The terms of the License shall also govern any update provided by MITTO that replaces and/or complements the services unless such update includes a license of its own, in which case the terms of such license shall apply.


The License will be in effect until resolved by the user or by MITTO. The rights granted under this License will end without notice if the user violates any term(s) of the General Conditions, Private Conditions or Privacy Policy. Upon termination of the License, the User shall cease to use the Website, and destroy or uninstall all copies, total or partial.






All the provisions of these General Conditions shall apply to the accesses that the user makes through the mobile phone, other mobile devices, or computer equipment that allow access to the Website at any time.


In this regard, the user is informed that MITTO does not charge for mobile access to the contents or services of the Website, but that the user’s telephone operator will apply the fee contracted for the sending and receiving of data.


MITTO is not responsible for any restrictions that the telephone operator may have imposed that could make the contents or services of the Website not accessible normally






Access to and use of the Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.


Any dispute that may arise between MITTO and the user will be settled, with the express resignation of the parties to their jurisdiction, by the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain).
